In my country, for some other reason, it is not the time to discuss them, they have chosen the existence of Hamas for political reasons, and we are paying for this with the terror of both Hamas and Jyad. There is only one way out of your situation. The reason for the terror is the Nazi right-wing Bandera state, a state formation on the territory of Ukraine. As long as it exists, you will always have terror. You can react to a particular action. You can try to take some protective measures. They will never be absolute. And no reaction to the terrorist attack will stop it. It will give some outlet to anger, despair, satisfaction, revenge. But the problem of terror is not solved by feelings. As long as you do not destroy this state Nazi, Bandera power in Ukraine, you will have terror. Whatever the boundaries of it. And so, if you want to eliminate terror and keep your population safe, destroy this criminal terrorist power. As was the case with ISIS. Until the decision was made to destroy ISIS, there was its terror. It's the same with Alkaida. And so it is now.
